1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 377win and using the platform in any capacity — including browsing the Game Lobby, placing a bet, depositing PKR, claiming a bonus or accessing any other feature — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 377win after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all users of 377win regardless of the device used to access the platform — mobile browser, the Android app available on the Download page, or any other method of access.

2Eligibility

To register and use 377win you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 377win does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and not be subject to any restriction that would make your use of the platform unlawful.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on 377win. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason for creating them.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and at any point during your account's existence must be accurate, current and your own. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not a 377win employee or associate: Employees of 377win and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts.

3Account Registration

When you register a 377win account you are required to provide accurate information including your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential.

377win will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone. If you receive a request for your password from any source claiming to be 377win, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 377win support immediately through your account dashboard. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such a report, but we are not liable for losses incurred before the report is made.

377win reserves the right to close any account at its discretion if the account is found to be in violation of these terms, if suspicious activity is detected, or if the account holder fails to comply with verification requests. Any remaining balance following a legitimate closure for rule violations may be forfeited.

4Deposits and Payments

All transactions on 377win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other payment methods listed on the Deposit page. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method — current information is always available on the Deposit page.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments from accounts belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. Any associated bonus credit will be removed.
• 377win does not charge deposit fees. Any fees applied by your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account are between you and that service provider.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• 377win reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit at any time as part of standard security and anti-fraud procedures.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Withdrawal requests must be made from within your 377win account dashboard. The platform does not process withdrawal requests made through any other channel.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods; PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Your first withdrawal may require identity and payment verification. This is a one-time process for new accounts and typically completes within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours. Raast withdrawals within one hour. Bank transfers are processed same-day during business hours.
• 377win reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification if unusual account activity is detected.
• Balances associated with bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fully satisfied.

6Bonuses and Promotions

377win may offer bonuses, free credits, free bets and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum deposit thresholds and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is made.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• One bonus per player, per household and per payment method applies unless otherwise specified. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is fraud and will result in account closure.
• 377win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any pending winnings derived from that bonus, or adjust bonus terms at any time if abuse or exploitation of the promotional system is detected.
• Bonuses that have expired or whose conditions have not been met within the stated time limit will be removed from the account without notice.
• Bet placement strategy designed primarily to reduce risk on wagering requirements — such as placing offsetting bets — may be considered bonus abuse at 377win's discretion.

7Games and Betting Rules

All games in the 377win Game Lobby are supplied by third-party game providers including but not limited to PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and JDB. The rules of each game are governed by the relevant provider's game engine. In the event of a discrepancy between an on-screen display and the game server result, the server result is the authoritative record.

For sports betting, 377win uses live odds feeds that are updated continuously. Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted and recorded by the system. Market suspensions during live events are applied automatically and any bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction or system interruption that affects a game round or bet, 377win reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes.
• Winnings from an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly posted incorrectly due to a technical fault — may be voided at 377win's discretion even if the bet was accepted.
• Cricket betting markets including PSL, T20 internationals and other series are subject to abandonment and rain rules as defined in the relevant sportsbook market rules.

8Responsible Gaming

377win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit tracking, session awareness features and access to the Responsible Gaming page which contains self-management guidance.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to access your account, receive marketing communications or have the exclusion reversed early.

377win will not knowingly allow vulnerable individuals — including those who have self-excluded previously — to re-register accounts. If you have previously self-excluded and believe a new account has been accepted in error, contact support immediately.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 377win. Violation of any item in this list will result in account suspension or permanent closure, potential forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false personal information at any point.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker or any multiplayer game format.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet after funds have been used on the platform.
• Laundering funds or using the platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Abusing or threatening 377win support staff or other players.
• Sharing your account access with any other person.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 377win platform — including the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and any other material — is the intellectual property of 377win or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the platform without explicit written permission.

The 377win name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context — including social media, other websites, marketing materials or any commercial setting — is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

377win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted, 377win's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection frameworks. Nothing in these terms limits 377win's liability for fraud or intentional misconduct by the platform.

12Privacy

The collection, storage and use of your personal information by 377win is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that document.

377win uses your personal information to administer your account, process transactions, comply with verification requirements, deliver customer support and send promotional communications where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13Amendments to These Terms

377win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided — typically through a notification within the platform or an email to your registered address if available. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
